What you get

Finance & Operations is the enterprise platform for groups that run many entities, complex supply chains and regulated reporting from one system of record.

Multi-entity, multi-country finance with intercompany and consolidation
Supply chain, manufacturing and asset management
Regulatory reporting and IFRS
Sub-ledger integration from core systems
Azure integration and Power BI analytics

Where it fits best

Financial services groups, manufacturers, mining and energy companies, telecoms, public-sector bodies and healthcare organisations whose reporting, integration or procurement law has outgrown a mid-market system. Fifteen Software Dynamics ISV products sit on Finance & Operations, from payroll to mining and government.

How we deliver it

A group design signed off by group finance, a pilot in the most demanding country, then waves grouped by regulator and bank. Each wave reuses a regression pack of real documents and adds only its own tax, payroll and bank mappings.

What drives the cost

Finance & Operations programmes are phased, with the pilot priced separately from the roll-out. The number depends on users, entities and currencies, integrations, data migration and the gaps found against the standard product. The pricing page sets out the model, and a discovery workshop turns it into a scoped quote.

Frequently asked questions

When is Finance & Operations the right choice?

When you have many legal entities, heavy intercompany activity, sub-ledger integration from core systems or demanding regulatory reporting. For fewer entities and lighter reporting, Business Central is often enough.

Can we start with Business Central and move later?

Yes, but a migration between the two is a project. We tell you early if your trajectory makes that likely.

What drives the cost?

Users, legal entities and currencies, integrations, data migration and the gaps found in the fit-gap. We publish the model on the pricing page and turn it into a scoped quote after discovery.

How do we start?

With a 45-minute consultation, then a discovery and fit-gap workshop on your own processes. You receive a written fit-gap and a phased plan before a programme is agreed.
