What is chosen and when
The tenant and each environment are created in a specific geography and region. We agree these with you in Design and record them in the contract.
What stays in region and what does not
Hosting a tenant in a UK or EU region does not on its own settle every question. Support and engineering access, integrations to third-party services and AI features can involve processing elsewhere unless configured otherwise.
Sub-processors
We maintain a list of the sub-processors involved in your programme, including Microsoft services and any ISV or integration services, and update it when it changes.
Hosting our own site and your data
This website does not process your ERP data. Your ERP data lives in your Microsoft tenant, in the region you chose.
How an engagement runs
It starts with a 45-minute consultation, then a discovery and fit-gap workshop on your own processes. You receive a written fit-gap and a phased plan before a programme is agreed. Four phases follow, each with something you can use and review.
Discover
Process workshops, data audit, and a fit-gap against the standard product.
Design
Solution blueprint, integration map, and the extensions we will actually need.
Deploy
Configuration, migration rehearsal, role-based training, UAT and phased cutover.
Support
Hypercare, managed services, client portal, scheduled optimisation reviews.
What drives the cost: users, legal entities and currencies, integrations, data migration and the gaps found against standard. See how pricing works or run the three-minute readiness score.
Frequently asked questions
Can our Dynamics 365 data stay in the UK or EU?
You choose the region when the environments are created. We agree it in Design, and we also review support access, backups, integrations and AI features so that the whole data path matches your requirement.
Which Azure regions are used?
UK South and UK West for the UK, and EU regions such as North Europe and West Europe, depending on availability for the service you license. We confirm current availability in discovery.
Does hosting in the EU mean no transfers?
Not necessarily. Remote access from outside the UK or EU can still be a restricted transfer, and we address that in the transfer terms.
Statutory rates, filing rules, mandate dates and data-protection requirements are set by the relevant authorities and change; we confirm the current position with you and your advisers before configuration. General information, not tax, legal or data-protection advice, and not a statement that any product or service is certified or approved by a regulator.
