PayrollFlow 365 is a global, parameter-driven payroll: UK and European rules are set up as parameters with you and your adviser, and every pay run posts to the ledger by dimension. The statutory items covered are PAYE, National Insurance, Real-time submissions to HMRC, Workplace pension auto-enrolment and Statutory pay.

Payroll is a ledger design problem as much as a calculation problem, so it follows the same phases as the rest of the programme.
What moves the cost
Number of countries, employees and pay frequencies; complexity of allowances and benefits; integrations with time and attendance and with banks; and how much history to migrate.
How an engagement runs
It starts with a 45-minute consultation, then a discovery and fit-gap workshop on your own processes. You receive a written fit-gap and a phased plan before a programme is agreed. Four phases follow, each with something you can use and review.
