Q: Is it impossible to post a payment without programme, funder, grant and budget line?

If a finance officer can post without a grant, you have an open door, not a reporting gap.

Q: Is it impossible for a field office to raise a purchase order that exceeds the remaining grant?

The budget is enforced at the donor's deadline, not at requisition.

Q: Can headquarters produce the funder pack from the ledger, without an export?

The pack is a merge of country workbooks. Donors notice.

Q: Do a US or European headquarters and the country offices share one dimension set?

Country teams are inventing tags. One-click reporting dies before the second country.

Q: Do payroll and disbursements post into those same dimensions?

A funder report that does not match the trial balance is a failed design.

Q: Is the grant agreement loaded as data, with the budget held in the system?

The grant still lives in a spreadsheet beside the ledger.

Six yes-or-no questions for a multi-country NGO. A single no means the donor pack is still a merge.

How an engagement runs

It starts with a 45-minute consultation, then a discovery and fit-gap workshop on your own processes. You receive a written fit-gap and a phased plan before a programme is agreed. Four phases follow, each with something you can use and review.
